Despre proiectul The Women in Diplomacy: ”The Women in Diplomacy project examines women’s leadership in international organizations and multilateral diplomacy, aiming to help address the issue of misrepresentation and under representation of women in the field by understanding the obstacles to representation and how they can be overcome. In the first phase of the project, we are conducting interviews with female leaders about the challenges of exercising leadership in a multilateral context, the strategies they have adopted to overcome those challenges and the prospects for improving diversity in international diplomacy and organisations.”
